1. The Pre-Build Mandate
At Rao Digitals, we recognize that supreme results stem from flawless architecture. Therefore, no development or structural work shall commence until both parties have conducted a mandatory Strategic Alignment Meeting (Virtual).
This executive briefing is designed to finalize the project scope, delineate KPIs, and ensure absolute mutual agreement on the exact deliverables prior to any contractual coding.
2. Mandatory Dispute Resolution
While absolute client satisfaction is the standard, contingencies must be planned for. Before the initiation of any formal legal escalation or dispute proceedings, Rao Digitals enforces the Resolution Summit clause.
Both parties agree to execute a mandatory summit—either virtually or strictly in-person in Abuja—with key stakeholders present to mediate and finalize the resolution of outstanding issues in a structured, professional setting.
3. Payment & Intellectual Property
Our engagements demand specific resource allocations and timeline guarantees. Development is executed upon receipt of the agreed-upon initial retainers.
Full intellectual property rights, administrative access, and absolute site ownership transfer to the client immediately upon clearance of the final invoice. Rao Digitals reserves the right to withhold digital asset deployment until the balance concludes.
Effective Date: 2026. These terms prioritize clear executive boundaries and enforce high-ticket project standards.
